Diana O. Olanipekun, Esq. is a seasoned family law and divorce attorney with Charles M. Green, APLC. Since being admitted to the California State Bar in 2008, Diana has dedicated her career to championing the rights of her clients in Los Angeles and Orange County.
As an Associate Attorney with our firm, Diana is involved in all aspects of our family law cases. Her day-to-day role involves conducting comprehensive legal research, drafting declarations, memorandum of points and authorities, and briefs. She is well-versed in preparing Settlement Agreements and Judgments and brings her extensive litigation experience to the courtrooms of Los Angeles and Orange County Superior Courts.

Her unique ability to resolve contentious custody disputes is highly valued, not just by our firm, but more importantly, by the clients she serves. Diana earned her Juris Doctorate from Boston College of Law (2005-2008) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Studies from Pitzer College (2001-2005). She is an active member of the California State Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association since 2008.
Beyond her professional commitments, Diana is passionate about contributing to her community. She spends her free time mentoring at community non-profits providing guidance and structure for girls to define their ideal destination and achieve it.
